Squash NSW is the state governing body for the sport of squash in NSW and looks to facilitate, promote and grow squash across NSW.  The Board of Directors of Squash NSW work with the CEO to set the strategic direction of Squash NSW to achieve its key strategi priorities:

1. Participation:  More people playing more often
2. Performance:  High performing players, teams and organisations
3. Profile:  Increased visibility, better experiences
4. Facilities:  New places to play, more places to play, modern places to play.

The Squash NSW constitution states that there will be 6-9 directors on the Board with no more than 60% identifying as a particular gender.
