Calling for Board Directors

Published Fri 13 Feb 2026

Help shape the future of squash in NSW

The Squash NSW Board is looking for Directors to join us in supporting our clubs, centres and players, and helping create the best possible future for the sport across the state.

This is a chance to contribute your skills, perspective and curiosity to a values-led organisation focused on opportunity, promotion and advocacy for squash in NSW.

Who we’re keen to hear from
We value inclusion and welcome expressions of interest from people of any gender, from metro and regional NSW, and across a wide adult age range.
You don’t need a background in squash - strong governance, leadership, strategy, finance, legal, marketing or community experience is equally valuable.

A few important notes
Our Constitution sets some eligibility requirements. In short:

  • Directors don’t need prior squash experience
  • Directors cannot hold an official position with an affiliated club or organisation

(If you’re unsure, our Constitution is available on our website.)

As part of our government funding requirements, we are committed to progressing towards National Gender Equity in Sports Governance Policy targets.

Interested?
If this sounds like you, please complete the Expression of Interest form.

Please share this information with people interested in Board roles.

Not ready for a Board role?
There are also opportunities to contribute via Squash NSW Board Committees. Take a look on our website to see how else you can get involved.

Let’s build a Board that reflects the diversity, capability and ambition of squash in NSW.
